The Project

To celebrate the 65th anniversary of Dr. Martens’ iconic 1460 boot, I was commissioned to create a thoughtful and inspiring short film that would honour its legacy.

Working closely with the incredibly talented poet Mstr Samuel and the wonderfully passionate Dr. Martens team, it was a true creative partnership. I’m really proud to have played a part in bringing it all together.

The film centres around an original poem by Mstr Samuel, reflecting on the story and cultural impact of Dr. Martens. His powerful performance elevated the piece, and together we brought the words to life through a blend of striking visuals and spoken word that pays tribute to everything the 1460 represents.
